Wow!  We are so flash that some of our cupcake art made it onto the title page of the recipe book!

We are super excited!  That makes us published illustrators!

Because so many of us entered in the art competition we get morning tea shouted for us on MONDAY!!!  Now that's worth coming to school for!

Welcome to Term Three

Hi everyone

We have had a couple of weeks at school and we are certainly back into our learning.  We have six new children in our class and they have settled in really well.  This term we will be focusing on being Good Learning Partners!

Freelance Writers

Since we longer have our own desks in our Modern Learning Environment, we work at different locations around the classroom.  When we have shown that we can work well by ourselves anywhere the teacher puts us, we earn something very special.

Today Micah and Sahara earned Press Passes.  They are now certified Freelance Writers!  That means they can choose were they want to work in the classroom because Mrs Lunn trusts that they will do their best work no matter where they are!  

We wonder who will earn a press pass next?

Mac's Tower

Here is our new friend Mac.  He started school last week.  Today he made this amazing tower.  It's even taller than him!  Well done Mac!

A special message for Sahara's Dad

Sahara's Dad is in the Army.  He is away overseas at the moment.  Sahara misses him very much.  Here is Sahara's special story just for her Dad...

I love my Dad because he gives me hugs and he loves me.  My Dad is cool.  He doesn't wear shorts very often but I still love my Dad.  Hooray!  My Dad got me the BMX.
